Our small but brilliant team are doing great things.
At Dudley Group NHS Charity, we work with NHS staff to improve the experience of patients and families. We’re passionate about healthcare and about making our Trust amazing. We have a small, but brilliant team of employees, who manage the day-to-day work of the charity and liaise with donors and colleagues at the Trust. It is our job to make sure that the donations are spent carefully and for the purposes for which they were given.

Our Trustees
The Board of Trustees at The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, is a Corporate Trustee of Dudley Group NHS Charity.
The Board of Trustees at The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust are responsible for providing governance and leadership and act as Corporate Trustee of the Dudley Group NHS Charity. A special committee, called the Charity Committee, meets quarterly to consider plans for the charity, ensure good governance is implemented and that expenditure complies with charity standards. This committee is chaired by a Non-Executive Director, and membership is made up of Board Directors and Non-Executive Directors from The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust together with others in attendance including the Head of Charity and the Finance team.
