Christmas chocolate appeal
This Christmas, help us bring a touch of festive magic to patients spending the holidays in hospital. We’re thrilled to be launching our annual Christmas Chocolate Appeal, and we are appealing to local businesses and the community for chocolate selection box donations to spread joy to all our patients.
Donations of milk-free, dairy-free or gluten-free selection boxes are also very welcome to ensure everyone can enjoy a treat.
For many of our patients, Christmas in hospital can feel lonely and difficult — but a sweet treat can lift spirits and spread a little cheer.
We’ll proudly celebrate your generosity on our website and social media, and we can even arrange to collect your donations or help organise a visit to our Trust.
The deadline to receive all donations is Friday 5th December. Let’s come together to make this Christmas special for those in our care.

Christmas jumper day
Join the Dudley Group NHS Charity and wear your most festive Christmas jumper on Thursday 11th December and support the children’s appeal to help make a difference for our younger patients who visit the hospital this Christmas.
No jumper? No worries! Why not take part with festive ties, T-shirts, socks and festive accessories.
Our suggested donation is £2 per person.

Spread the sparkle
We have launched our new spread the sparkle initiative, bringing smiles, warmth, and festive joy to Trust areas. Your sponsorship can turn a clinical space into a place of hope and happiness, by decorating wards, departments and community spaces, your support will also provide patients and staff with gifts during the Christmas period.
Building a relationship with our hospital, the Dudley Group NHS Charity and other local businesses, will help strengthen customer perceptions of your organisation.

£500: Sponsorship package includes
- Christmas decorations for a ward/department of your choice

- PR includes internal communications to over 7,000 staff members and acknowledgement on charity social media outlets, mention on the charity Christmas appeal website page and social media
- Volunteering and team building opportunities across the Trust
£250: Sponsorship package three includes
- Christmas decorations for a ward/department of your choice
- PR includes social media posts celebrating your involvement and mention on the charity Christmas appeal website page and social media.
