We received an incredible £1,320 donation from Pertemps, raised by their very own Billy Briscoe, in support of our Portable Sensory Trolley Campaign four our children’s ward at Russells Hall Hospital.
Billy truly went above and beyond to make a difference for local children. His incredible Three Peaks Challenge began at 5:30am, climbing Ben Nevis in tough wet and windy conditions before driving more than seven hours to reach Scafell Pike. After conquering his second peak, Billy continued through the night to Snowdon, setting off at 1:45am and completing the climb in an impressive 3 hours 30 minutes!
The funds raised will go towards providing portable sensory trolleys to help comfort and engage children during their hospital stay.
A huge thank you to Billy, Pertemps, and everyone who donated or cheered him on, your support helps us make hospital stays brighter and more positive for children at Russells Hall Hospital.
